Senior Finance Manager
Gail joins our Bowral office taking on the role of Senior Finance Manager. With extensive experience in Banking and Finance admin roles at both ANZ and BDCU, Gail brings exceptional organisational skills, as well as a strong customer focussed approach.
Gail is a partisan of the outdoors and a Southern Highlands native. A lover of the four seasons that Bowral residents are lucky enough to experience, she is happiest when out in the garden or watching the kids play sport in the fresh air.
I have never really had a nickname but “Breezy” has been thrown out there a few times – mainly by my children.
My day-to-day at Apricity has me overseeing the timely processing of funding and remittances, ensuring Apricity’s risk is minimised; assisting with on-boarding of new clients and making sure everything is running smoothly within our operating system.
Don’t sweat the small stuff and that my own happiness should come before anyone else’s. This is still a work in progress but I’m getting there.
A junior clerk for a legal firm in Sydney – McCaw Johnson. My job consisted of opening mail, running errands and delivering important documents throughout the CBD for a wage of $109.50pw. I grew up in a small country town and for a 16-year-old, working in a big city was a massive change but so exciting. I loved every minute.
In the garden. I built a new house last year so there is a lot of work to be done to establish lawns and gardens.
Anything written by Stephen King. I’ve always been a huge fan and have nearly every book he has written. I like such a wide variety of movies that I couldn’t pick just one but I do like a good Action or Thriller. Music is something I couldn’t live without and I love everything from Jazz to current hits – absolutely no Heavy Metal though.
The people I work with. Everyone works hard and we all get on well and have lots of fun. Hands down the best place I’ve ever worked.
